1953 Ford F-100, truck runs and drives and stops good . Truck body is on a late model S-10 frame but is titled as a 1953. Has a 1968 chevy 327 engine which runs great. Holds good oil pressure and does not smoke. Runs cool. Just installed new plugs, points and ignition wires. Transmission is a 350 turbo which shifts and operates good. Has VDO gauges, all work except speedo and fuel gauge which still need to be wired. Tilt hood which opens and closes easily. The body is very solid and straight and is painted in black primer. Has a non-functional tailgate. Has power steering and tilt wheel. Wipers need linkage and motor to function and heater is present but not hooked up. Has fuel cell mounted on the wood bed. Front tires need to be replaced due to dry rot. The truck drives straight but the steering wheel is off center and needs alignment to straighten steering wheel. All glass is good except for some cracks in the drivers door glass. All lights work. Truck is sold as is with no warranty.
