As is means that the auction excludes the dealer arbitration policy for defects between dealer to dealer sales. Due to one minor accident reported to autocheck/carfax in the past with over 100K miles = (as is), the possibility of frame damage shows up on autocheck. This is to exclude liability between dealers. Any vehicle sold at auction with over 100K miles and any accident on carfax, resulted in this. I am disputing this with autocheck now to remove it. All the accident consisted of was a light side impact, period. Cosmetic only and it has been repaired back to factory condition, look at the pictures. None of the fender bolts, door bolts, bumper bolds, hinge bolts, etc. have ever been unbolted. Look at the photobucket link of these pics and you can see for yourself. For if this truck had any prior frame damage, you know that all of these parts would have been unbolted or changed. Everything on this van is all factory ford original.
