Listed for sale is my 2003 Mercedes Benz CLK 430 Convertible. I am the second owner of this non-smoker, Florida car. I purchased it last year for my wife who wanted a convertible but found that her SUV got more use hauling around kids and groceries. It has just over 55K miles on it and we have only driven it approximately 3K miles in the last year. It stays secured in our garage as it did the original owner's. All of the electric options work perfectly, the AC blows cold and climate control system operates properly. The black soft top retracts as it should and is in excellent condtion with no rips, tears, or worn spots. The top has always been kept up to prevent creases, unless it was down for driving purposes. The 275HP V8 runs strong and smooth and the 5 speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly - it also has the manumatic option. The tires are practically new with approximately 4K miles on them. The most recent service included: Synthetic oil and filter change, new air filters, new in-cabin AC filter, wiper blade, AC check, tire balancing and alignment check and a new battery. This cars options include the AMG Sport Appearance Package, a factory 6 disc CD changer with Bose Premium Sound, heated memory seats for driver and passenger, Xenon HID headlights, headlight washers, and it comes with the original MB floor mats along with all books/records and both sets of keys. I hold a clear Florida title in my name with no liens. I know of nothing this vehicle needs mechanically or otherwise as it has always been exceptionally maintained. There are no fluid leaks, no odors, no rattles/noises etc. I have always believed in preventive maintenance and this car's condition shows nothing was missed. It has never been involved in a crash...the paint is shiny with virtually no imperfections. It was professionally detailed about 3-4 months ago. This car turns heads where ever it is driven, especially with the top down. The needs of my business necessitate the sale of this vehicle. It is a blast to drive and bang for the buck you can't go wrong. This car was over $60K new and is just getting broken in. Convertible season is almost here !! It subsequently went through a car auction in two different states before being purchased by a dealer from Florida who brought it back. I, in turn purchased it from him.
