1946 Buick Special I have here my old project 1946 Buick. The story behind this car, it was parked in an orchard since the early 1950's. I recovered it several years ago and just have never gotten to it. Had planned to set it on a straight frame and a 4x4 chassis and give it a command car military appearance. It does not have a engine but I do have the tranny for it as well as a new grill. body is rusted the worst around the bottom 6 inches of the car from sitting in a pasture all those years and has lots of cancer. Will need alot of tlc rebuilding the floors and body around the bottom. This is for the ambitious and/ or talented person to build up into what ever your imagination tells you. Has roll down rear passenger windows. the front driverside windshield is broken and the passenger window is cracked. Sold as is where is with no title. This is the first year that buick resumed production of a car since the WW2 gear up for war. It has a unique style and appearance with its fastback style and large roll fenders of an age gone by. serious bidders only please local pick up only buyer load.
