1990 Honda CBR

I procured this bike several months ago as a project for myself to play with, and the time just isnt there anymore, so its on the chopping block. The bike has an Arizona salvage title from an auto parts salvage company, I have not tried to, nor will I try to transfer it as I simply do not have the time nor interest in titling it. As is, the bike only NEEDS a new front master cylinder, fork seals, and two new tires, Being that it's been sitting, I'd suggest throwing a new battery in, and cleaning the carbs. Since I purchased this bike, I've synched the carbs, adjusted the valves, and put fresh motor oil in to get it running well. then it sat for awhile, As my brief video of the bike shows, it runs presently, but is not runnin on all four at lower rpms. Everything is stock, and the bike does ride and go though all the gears correctly. As it is, the tachometer does not work, and the mirrors snapped off at some point, but are included. I have the frnt turn signals as well, however they also need mounting tabs as the upper is a fiberglass unit which did not include mounting tabs.
