This has been a great car for me but it is time to move on. I drove this car on a daily basis for several years until I went away to college. The engine, drive train, and frame are all great. I have not had many problems with it besides wheel bearings(which have all been replaced) and there is a problem with the instrument cluster lights, this being the lights that illuminate the instrument cluster do not work. I have tried to fix it but had no luck. The starter, alternator, and one of the swivel balls have been rebuilt since I owned the car. I have also upgraded the steering to heavy duty components. All of the ball joints(in the steering and sway bars) and universal joints(in the drive shafts) have been replaced. I have also replaced the fuel pump. I have put a lot of work into this truck to keep it going and reliable. Most of the maintenance components have been completed, meaning this car will run for a while before needing any major repairs. The mileage is very low compared to other Range Rover Classics. Upgrades I have completed, besides the steering, include: heavy duty suspension and shocks(about 3" lift which will fit 33" tires), a snorkel, a winch(WARN 8000lb) and winch bumper, speakers(memphis audio), heavy duty rubber mats, and dual batteries with selector switch. The bad news is there is some rust on different parts of the rover. Most of the body and all of the frame aluminium and will not rust; however, some parts are rusting(please see photos). I removed the carpet in the back because it was stained, I have the back carpet from the parts rover if you would like it. I am also offering a Parts Rover that is a 1989 model for FREE to the winning bidder(pictures are included). All of the stickers will come off easily if you desire to remove them. I also have other accessories and parts which I will include if you would like them(snatch block, off road lights, tow strap, etc).
