Vehicle Detail

This CRX Si is an awesome and amazing car. It gets interest and purchase offers everywhere it goes. The Si is obviously the most desirable model, and finding one of these with low mileage like this one and all stock like this is very difficult for a reasonable price. The only things not stock are the stereo and tires. I am the second owner of the car. It was traded in at a Honda dealer in Mass, where I lived at the time. Due to the year, it was wholesaled to the auction, where I had a friend pick it up for me. It was one of my several toys, but now at 52yrs old I find myself divorced again and without my 4 car garage. The only damage beyond minor normal stuff is the drivers left door. It is buckled in around the handle, and the paint is slightly mismatched at the door/quarter panel seam. That is the only reportable item I can tell. This car has obviously always been stored inside. I don't know what the definition of mint is, but this car is very tight and everything feels like it's only a couple of years old. It's amazing that it is actually a CLASSIC this year! I was getting about 35mpg around town while driving it normally Here are the categories, as best as I can, to help you get a better picture. ENGINE: quick car with a d16a6 motor no computer/error code lights on, no smoking or leaking, all Hoses and Belts appear good, recent Oil change, and all fluids fresh and functional CarQuest battery approx. 1 year old, Exhaust is about a year old and stock, idles nice, runs clean and passed CT emissions about a year ago very far under the state limits, the only thing I've done is change the oil and battery, and repainted the valve cover, which was peeling which I am told is pretty common DRIVE TRAIN: very tight Rack and Pinion (handles like my Porsche), all Boots and Seals good, Transmission shifts strong, Brakes are excellent TIRES: matching BF Goodrich Traction T/A 185 60 R14, with about 60% tread remaining, no cuts or gouges, and very even wear the Aluminum Wheels have almost NO damage at all INTERIOR: Carpet is excellent, Dash, Steering Wheel, plastic trim excellent and not cracked or worn, Door trim panels are perfect Headliner is perfect Seats are excellent, structure and foam not worn down or flat in any areas, cloth not worn or ripped Smells nice, no odors of any kind-vehicle never smoked-in, ashtray never used STEREO: Speakers have been replaced with high-end units, Pioneer Supertuner XM ready is in dash but not hooked up yet (still have orig Honda radio) car is wired to rear for a Subwoofer, but subwoofer is not included, BODY: no rust or rot, Paint job looks great car has amber corner and signal lights, but I have originals in a box Doors, Hatch, and hood all close well Sunroof works perfectly, has 2 stages of open, and includes OEM sunroof visor Glass is great, sides are perfect, windows open smoothly, Windshield has very few tiny chips-much less than average vehicle This car is used, and a 20 year old classic that thinks it's almost new. But it has some wear areas, but much less than expected. There are some rock chips on the hood, a small split in the front grille lower area, a few door dings, etc. Hey, if it were perfect, you wouldn't be able to afford it :) On Jan-04-12 at 08:55:12 PST, seller added the following information: About my feedback %...it was 100% and I was proud of it, then I re-sold a pair of used sneakers. The buyer was mad that I had cleaned them. I offered half of their money back and they instantly complained. wow... car has manual windows car has A/C blows cold there is not a BUY IT NOW price, that's why I listed it Auction style..
