For sale is a 1983 Jeep CJ8 SCRAMBLER. If you are looking for these, you know how rare this Jeep is! Clear title in hand. I have owned this Scrambler for about 10 months and have had no mechanical issues. I bought this Jeep from a mechanic by trade who babied this beast but fell on hard times. Below is list of the work that has been done, but I'm sure I am forgetting a few things: Rebuilt front and rear differential Dropped in a rebuilt AMC 360 V8. Less than 30,000 since rebuild. JEEP TO THE BONE! New Radiator New Bosch battery Holly 4bbl carb with edelbrock air intake 2 1/2 inch body lift on Thornbird 33's Dual exhaust with cats and mufflers Fresh paint, done professionally and done right. Trim removed, primed, multiple coats and clear coated Brand new rugged ridge fender flares Lined bed Included in the sale is a FREE Kayline full soft top, spice color. The top has a small rip in the back window and a rip in the side window. I haven't installed, but when I bought it I was assured that all hardware was included. These tops are no longer in production and are highly desireable, going for upwards of $300 by themselves. I have included pictures of the top and stock photo for reference. This Jeep is nearly 30 years old and is not perfect.
