I bought this truck on ebay in July 2011 from ebay user ID BIDNRIDE out of Houston,, He claimed his expert service staff had thoroughly inspected the truck and it was in overall excellent condition with a top notch front end..He sold many vehicles and had 100% feedback so i felt comfortable buying from the seller..Picked it up in Houston and drove it back home and then the next day i took it to be inspected by the dealership before i put it on the road ..the dealer gave me a whole list of problems needing almost $5,500.00 worth of repairs... i had the work done in diffrent shops.. Ok,Since then the following items have been replaced -serpentine belt, upper control arms with moog ball joints also the tie rods, shocks,brakes,rear axle seals, rear wheel bearings, Aveo heavy duty clutch (Single flywheel), Also replaced transmission seal ,clutchmaster cylinder.alternator.all 8 injectors replaced at 154000 miles 6 speed manual with 2 wheel drive.. This truck has 198,000 miles and runs and drives really well. I use it daily so the miles may be a little higher than that when it sells...I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere in the country on a moments notice. Truck was in an accident it 2004 and the front fender was replaced..and maybe more.i know the frame has been inspected and determined to be good..it has a regular,clear title. Does not smoke,leak or burn oil... Interior is in good shape with the exception of a silver dollar size hole in the drivers seat , dash NOT cracked,,rubber floors, manual windows,..2 rock chips on windshield..its been smoked in, its every bit of a work truck... Hot heater and cold A/C 16 MPG truck alone, 13.5 MPG with 40 gooseneck,about 11.8 MPG with loaded gooseneck..this is what i average.. depends on how you drive the truck of course... Two new front tires on the 12th of December and the 4 back tires have good rubber. For the last 3 months i have been using it to pull hotshot with a 40' gooseneck trailer..It has never failed to crank and go, sometimes getting back into first gear is a little rough so it may have a schycronizer issue but it always goes back to first. and shifts out of 1st smooth, other than that, transmission shifts great.engine is solid, been changing the oil every 5000 miles since i got it.. Had the front end inspected and aligned after the front end work was done and the frame shop said the front end looked good and tight. It is a dependable truck after all the work thats been done..
