For sale is a 1965 Buick Special. This car was a project that I took on and have never finished. Most of the Major work is done. This car has a pretty nasty new chevy 355 with less than 500 miles. The motor was cleaned, bored, honed, new freeze plugs and cam bearings installed. new .030 pistons installed. rods are X-rods with ARP bolts. Cam is a solid lift comp cam with 510 lift. Solid lifters. roller rockers. the heads have had major work done to them including port and polish, milled, bigger 2.02 and 1.6 valves installed, bronze guides, solid lift valve springs, screw in studs, and guide plates. double roller timing chain. has tall aluminum edelbrock valve covers and edelbrock air cleaner. the intake is a wieand aluminum intake. new fuel pump. new water pump. new radiator hoses. new air filter. It will sure burn the tires!! Transmission is a th350 that shifts great, new filter, new fluid, paint new driveshaft, new u-joint Wheels are 15 inch slots and tires are in great shape. I have new seat covers, carpet, and door panel material, and tail light sockets that goes with it. The front clip, doors, and rockers are pretty solid. the floor has had patch work done. and the rear quarters have some bondo in them. Things it needs: Tail light sockets installed, exhaust. (right now it is open headers), and also a good cleaning. some of the pictures/video you can see dirt on the car. Clean and clear title Overall the drive-train is pretty solid. body is decent but does have rust. nothing that can't be fixed. I have do many projects and Too many babies around the house. Besides buying the car i have about 3500.00 in engine, 400.00 in trans, 150.00 in driveshaft, and 300.00 in wheels and tires. my reserve is set below what i have in the engine alone. The car does run and drive but i would highly recommend trailering the car home since it sounds like a dragster and the taillights need work. This car is being sold AS-IS where IS with no warranty.
