This is a very nice example of a 2003 Tracker. This four wheel drive ZR2 model is clean and in very, very good condition inside and out. It runs and drives very well, and the ZR2 comes with a full slate of factory features. This one even has added options like leather seats and roof rails. This is a lifetime Florida car, so it hasn't seen the road salt and harsh conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner, and has just 33,437 original miles on it. Autocheck shows that a service contract was issued on this Tracker in July of 2008. We doubt that the contract is still in effect, but all signs indicate that it has been well maintained. The exterior is in very good shape. There are no significant dents or dings, and the paint shines all around. Autocheck shows accurate mileage, and no accident history or any other problems. You can view the Autocheck by clicking on the "free history report" tab near the top of the description. Exterior features include alloy wheels and roof rails with crossbars. The interior is also in very, very good condition. There are no rips, holes or tears in the leather seats. This car is clean. The rear seats are also in great shape. The cargo area is clean and offers plenty of storage space. You can fold either or both of the rear seats if you need extra space. A privacy shade is included. This 4x4 Tracker ZR2 has some nice features: power windows, locks and mirrors; remote entry; cold A/C; AM/FM/CD stereo; tilt wheel; cruise control; automatic transmission, and much more. Please see the "features" chart near the top of the description. The books are with the car. The 2.5 liter runs well. Its rated at 165hp and 162 lb-ft of torque. With just over 33K miles on it, it should continue to provide many miles of use and enjoyment. There's good tread on the tires. Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems whatsoever. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute.
