1997 Dodge Ram Van 15 passengerApprox 70,000 original miles Previously owned by boys and girls club and Baptist Church. Please read full description. You have the right to inspect the van prior to bidding. Please understand that I will try to describe the van to the best of my ability but please note that your bid is a contract. If you are the high bidder you agree to purchase this van. I will first introduce pictures then describe the vehicle below the photographs. Imperfections include but not limited to: some of the armrests broken as seen on the door and seat, dent on lower driver sides, dent on passenger door area, overall there are some paint defects but it still looks good and very presentable. I've touched up the dents with white paint so it doesn't look very bad at all. Nicer then most vans out there. Hard to tell in the pictures but please review them carefully and you will be able to point out imperfections. Van paint is 100% original and is consistent wear and tear with a vehicle of this age. There is a hint of LETTERING on the sides when we removed the decal/stickers but likely with a buff most of it would fade away. All the doors open and closes with ease. Benches are removable. Glass and windows are in excellent condition. Rear windows are factory tinted and keeps the van cool. Seats are in good condition with normal wear and tear but with only 70,000 miles it is very CLEAN. Surprisingly it gets good gas mileage. I can get 450 miles from a single fill up. I find this dodge to get much better fuel mileage then our 05 chevy express 6.0 15 passenger. The van start up instantly without any malfunctions. No malfunction indicators are illuminated. Engine idles evenly and smooth. Transmission shifts perfectly in all gears. Tracks straight on the highway and is easy to drive. The van does use oil as with any older vehicle but there is no abnormal smoke. There is no problems with the headgaskets or the engine. It always runs cool and always have. Shifts are smooth without any hint of slippage. Transmission fluids seem clean and I don't expect any major services are needed. It has rear air. Its cold out but the air seems to work fine and the heat definitely works good. Radio works excellent as well. I had plan to use this for our church however we found a newer vehicle so we need to let this go at NO RESERVE, highest bid drives home with van and title. It will be the buyers responsibility to obtain insurance, registration, and anything needed to put this on the road legally. I the seller will collect payment and hand over the keys. Please understand real representation is better then just pictures and a description. I don't anticipate any immediate repairs but this is a used van so we must sell it as-is. Deposit of 250 will be non-refundable and will be forfeited if you are unable to pickup the van within a reasonable amount of time. I would like you to pick up the van within 10 days or 20 days if you can make full payment at the end of the auction. I will take cash upon pickup or certified check via post for the remaining balance. You will get the Indiana title as pictured - it is transferable to any state as is. No license plates are included.
