Vehicle Detail
your looking at a beautiful original unrestored 1979 10th anniversery honda cb750k limited addition motorcycle. bike has been in storage unit since 1982. it has less then 7,000 original miles on her. this is a one owner bike! i have a clear original 1979 idaho title for the bike. when i uncovered this bike i was amazed at the condition it was in, i took it home went to clean tank out and it was dry and shiny clean inside, i purchased new battery for it, poured gas in her and she fired up, motor sounds tight and no funny noises at all, i can get it to drop down to about 1,100 rpm and if you shut the choke off the bike will want to die, wont run with choke off. it brought it down to the honda dealer, one of the machanics there came out and couldnt beleave the condition and that it would even start after sitting for so long, it starts right up with choke on he played with it and said the carbs need to be cleaned and the idler jets are more then likly clogged. he said i was looking around $250 to have it done by them. figured i would try to do it myself but over time i put it off and figured i would be better off selling, and ive never messed with 4-carbs before. the mufflers where they go in to the headers chrome is peeling and since the header all the way to the end of the mufflers have beautiful chrome i figured that the peeling chrome there must be a common problem with honda pipes like this, it sounds great! shifts into gears perfect! the chrome is beautiful on the bike, tires good looks like rear tire is new, original pant and all original emblems and decals are perfect even the com-star stickers on rims are still there! would love to see a collector get it or it would look beautiful driving down the street, headers are all beautiful chrome and not even discolored! the lense is missing from the speedometor but still works, all lights work great, even has the original 10th anniversery tool kit, pictures just dont do it justice. i would like the bike to be paid for with in 7 days after auction ending, if your planning on having the bike picked up by a shipping company you can pay for the bike in full with paypal and i will hold it until you can arrange to have it picked up. hope someone can use her shes a beautiful machine.
