1961 Mercedes Benz Roadster, located in Orange County, Southern California, in factory original color combination, ivory, with red leather, with black German canvas soft top, the paint is old and checking in some places, but still very presentable, as you can see in photos , the leather seats are gorgeous, older carpet , the dash still retains the factory clock, the trunk is rust free, and holds the spare wheel, jack, also a tonneau cover,and workshop manual , the car comes with all keys, the motor compartment is very period, original carburetors, air filter etc, heater boxes nicely intact,the fenders are both original !!!! , no replacements !!! , the car shows no signs of front or rear accident damage, both valences are excellent, the chrome on the bumpers is older looking, with some light oxidization, light blisters in some areas , but once again, they look good, the underside of the car is rust free, with old factory underseal, very nice and original , this car comes with german documents, build sheet, etc, and some receipts & records, it starts and drives very well !! , good clutch, brakes, positive steering, lovely on the road , this car will make a great daily driver as is, but for the more discerning, light cosmetics could be undertaken, just to bring it up to a higher cosmetic standard, it reeks of patina !!! , and is similar to a nice condition '' barn find '', that drives beautifully !!! , can arrange shipping to most Europen ports in container, or trucking in the US , thanks for looking.
