PLEASE, bid only if you intend on completing your purchase and know the import rules of your country One thing specifically asked for were pictures of the chassis. I have included a few - the chassis is in very good shape. Up for bid: 1974 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ 40 I bought this vehicle 3 years ago on a whim and have driven it about 10 times since purchasing it… It has a 350/4bbl Chevy (mild build) that provides plenty of power for a vehicle this weight - runs very well and starts the first try every time - mated to a 3 speed auto with overdrive. Drives highway speeds (65). I recall when I purchased it that the seller said it had an Old Man Emu suspension (4 inch lift). Also has disc brakes, 35in tires, power steering, and newer exhaust. When the lift was accomplished, they did not compensate for the height; therefore, it cannot be put in 4 wheel drive at this time. An extension will have to be installed for the linkage. This is supposedly an inexpensive fix. This truck can certainly be driven as is, but as is well know about FJ40s, they rust. I photographed the areas where it is most evident. Overall it is a very good looking truck with lots of potential.
