This car has a clear lien title and we have the title in our posession. The title has salvage on it and we do not know why. We were also told that the miles are not actual but the title says actual miles, so who knows for sure... This item is a REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own this great item for a very low price. This also means that there is usually some TLC needed. Now, we have checked all of the major systems and they seem to operate fine. We do not check every single detail. So, please do not expect new or perfect. It is NOT nice. This car needs a lot of work. It does run and drive. It runs ok, but it may have some kind of slight skip, maybe it needs a tune or has a vacuum leak. This car should run and drive for your truip back home, but we can NOT guarantee it. It is just too old and has who knows how many manys for us to make a bold statement. The car needs to be repainted. The interior needs to be recovered. The AC/heater controls do not turn on. Basically, we did not check anything. All we have done is drive the car a short distance and we did check to see if you would have headlights and trail lights. Please plan on doing lots of work and spending lots of money of this car. This item is a REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own this great item for a very low price. This also means that there is usually some TLC needed. Now, we have checked all of the major systems and they seem to operate fine. We do not check every single detail. So, please do not expect new or perfect, please expect a decent 9 year old item. We liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. The REST is up to you!! I do not think you would have any trouble although I can NOT guarantee anything. I now feel that I have described this item 'bad'. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles.
