Vehicle Detail
We've been having a lot of fun with these oil in frame bobbers lately...They are a great way of getting high end bikes to you, without the big high end price tag! This particular bike has some nice high end features and the reserve is THOUSANDS below what our custom bikes normally sell for. The bike is a non matching numbers 1971. T120 frame, 1971 and a TR6 motor, also 1971. Title matches the frame. The frame has a 2" over hardtail and was installed in a frame jig by a certified welder. It is laser straight. The motor is a 1971 TR6. This motor has only 8,414 original miles! I could not believe how clean this motor was inside! The valves and guides still looked new! We had to do nothing to this motor except a clutch service! All engine covers are polished as is the intake manifold. Carb is rebuilt. New patent plate, kicker lever and shifter lever. Runs like a top and not a lick of smoke. Front forks have been lowered 2". Rebuilt wheels, 19" front, new rim and new Buchanens stainless spokes. New Avon Speedmaster tire. New brakes. 16" rear wheel, new rim, new Buchanen stainless spokes. New Shinko Super Eagle white wall tire. New brakes. Here is a listing of new parts on this bike: Handlebars, levers, cables, grips, peg and pedal rubbers, rear fender, axle caps (they are always broken on 71 and 72's) gas cap, petcocks, fuel spigots, tank center strips, tank emblems, headlight, tail light, ignition switch, brake light switch, drive chain, Pazon electronic ignition, electronic voltage regulator w/capaicitor (no battery), exhaust pipes, K&N breather filter, air cleaner, coil and wires, head light switch and of course all wiring, nice and neat..... This bike sports a custom made leather solo seat riding on Chopper Shox suspension. Chopper Shox are the best thing out there for ridgid frame bikes! These are not a gimmick. They work. 6" flat rear fender with custom made stainless steel struts. The paint is stunning! Photos do not do it justice! Alabaster white with gold pearl over the top. Black fade scallops lined in red. Finishing it off is the work of the legendary GW Ross (he could pinstripe the head of a pin), look at the detail work in the pinstriping. He never lets us down! The bike looks great, runs great and is priced great! Don't miss this one!
