Vehicle Detail
This item has been re-listed to add additional information below. You are bidding on a 2002 Mercedes E430 4-Matic. The is the rare Special Edition model. The Special Edition includes unique alloy wheels and Black Bird's Eye trim throughout plus a host of options which came as standard on the SE model such as a power moon roof, leather interior, HID headlights, rain sensing wipers, CD changer plus much more. This is a great winter car. Why subject your new car to winter roads when you can drive this great looking Mercedes with all wheel drive. Included are 4 spare alloy wheels(with Mercedes crests) and worn winter tires. If want the ultimate in traction just mount 4 good snow tires. This plus the Mercedes ESP (Electronic Stability Program) and ABS makes this car able to handle anything mother nature dishes out. In addition to power everything and the features mentioned above this car has 3 position memory heated seats, heated windshield washers, cruise control, and dual climate control. The car has always had Mobil One oil in it. The engine uses no oil between oil changes. Recent maintenance has been a new water pump, new front springs and shocks(OEM Bilstein), full transmission service, new front brakes and rotors. The interior is in excellent condition. The exterior is in very good condition with just the typical number of front end chips comensurate with the mileage. We are the original owners of this vehicle since we bought it new in July of 2002. This car has only been driven by my wife with mostly highway commuting mileage. The vehicle was involved in an accident in June of 2003 when the vehicle had approx 15,000 miles. The damage was confined to undercarriage suspension damage. It was repaired by Mercedes Benz of Morristown NJ. They were one of the few Mercedes dealers that did major accident repairs in the NY metro area. The repair work was first with no driveability issues after repair using all new Mercedes parts. I just did a front end alignment recently after replacement of the front springs and struts and everything is with in Mercedes specs. This vehicle with options and delivery listed for $58,000 in 2002.
