Vehicle Detail

Up for auction, a 11/69 Honda CB750K0 that has been tuck away in a California garage for almost 40 years. I purchased it from the original owner, who at 16 years old purchased brand new from San Jose Honda in 1970. He went in to buy a clutch lever for his 1969 Honda CL350 and watch it being unload. He went to his bank and cashed out his saving and purchased the bike. Pretty ballsy stuff for a 16 year old. The original owner then left for college in 1974, leaving the CB750 behind in his parents garage and just came back for it a few weeks ago to handle his deceased parents estate. Needless to say this is an unbelieveable find. This bike has skipped the 70's custom craze, the 80's/90's cafe fad, and the current chopper/bobber craze. etc. This bike is exactly as it was left 1974! Not too many undiscovered original "K0" CB750 Honda's left out here in California anymore. I use to find them, but there becoming fewer and farther inbetween these days. The bike IS NOT a restored bike or refurbished machine. It is an original unrestored example with 11,356 miles. There are signs of use, crusty nuts and bolts and some weathering from almost 40 years of garage storage. It still needs some detailing and refurbishment. I have not altered, repaint or polished a thing. Figured I would leave it up too the buyer to determine his or her course of just clean-up, refurbishment or restoration. I will add complete details and all the pics tomorrow, just wanted to get the auction rolling. I would love to keep the bike for myself, but with 4 kids and Christmas looming it just isn't going to happen for me. Pretty hard to convince the wife when there's another half dozen classic's in the garage. Some of them that I swore where the last bike. Title on this bike is long lost. It is being sold with a "Bill Of Sale Only" For California buyer I have all the California DMV lost/title and transfer forms completed and ready to go.
