1960 chevy truck . Short bed big window half ton fleet side. Built at my shop konokazi kustoms.. by me. brand new windshield is in (green solex) i have the back glass in as well had it made (green solex) i have a lot of the receipts 1987 front suspension . dropped spindles and all new energy suspension bushings . all new moog ball joints, Hd rotors,and has a five on five bolt pattern. Has firestone 2500 air bags all the way around. Air ride technologies ride pro E with remote keyfob operation. All dot approved air fittings and lines . 5 gallon tank and a viar compressor ... REAR suspension is stock except for the C notch and strange engineering 9 inch . I spent $3000 on that .. broke two 9 inch rear ends! they were stock though.. the diff features 35 spline s/t axles explorer 11 inch disc brakes , 4:10 gearing, billet 1350 yoke and a Detroit locker.. the transmission is a 1987 ( best year ) 700r4 built by High plains transmission in colorado.. the trans features all new hard parts. heat treated drums, one extra clutch and wavy disc. i believe the blue racing clutches were used . extra wide kevlar band heat treated input shaft .. billet servos etc. not a transmission guy but it is pretty stout... it is a stage 3 trans for sure built to handle 450 ft lbs plus! .. i broke two stock 700r4's before that ! .. cost me $2800 to have it built ... i have a huge setrab oil cooler cooling the trans .. be cool aluminum radiator, spal fan, msd digital E curve distributor carter race pump and holley regulator ... three inch stainless exhaust and sanderson block huggers with ceramic coating .. drive shaft has hd ujoints and has been custom built to my specs. the truck is rolling on 15x8 and 15x10 astro supremes with bullet lug nuts. the rear wheels are a deep dish around % inches or more cant remember as i had the rear diff made to my specs to accommodate the wheels .. white wall candy store 3 inch wide whites finish off the wheel package. the engine was machined and built by me and dyno'd by me at Pfaff racing engines where i used to work as a dyno tech for four years... it is a 383 cu inch small block chevy with 200 cc dart cylinder heads. Heads feature isky 8005 400 lbs per inch spring rate dual with dampener .... basically i machined the spring pockets to 1.900 inch installed height and to 1.550 diameter to get the right closed seat and full lift pressures for the flat tappet crane cam .. this is a great way to keep the valve train from flying apart.. crane "gold rockers" and arp screw instuds. .. stock 400 crank ground by castillo' s i also chamfered the oil holes and polished the crank .. all clearances were custom machined to my specs ...0025 of an inch on the rods and .0028 on the mains... the block has been line honed, trudecked ,zerodecked (well .005 in the hole) rods have been polished and re shotpeened and features arp rod bolts. all bolts were torqued using the stretch method. high volume melling pump with steel shaft, felpro head gaskets .. the engine produced 380 hp and 420 foot lbs of torque... it has a static compression ration of 9to1 and can run on 87 octane all day long. i went for cylinder pressure not peak hp numbers .... 380- horse was with a quadra jet and bowtie high rise dual plane... i have tri power now for looks. I probably lost 30-40 hp but it looks cool ! .. sean murphy induction did the tri power . i had the manifold and new edlebrock valve covers chrome plated for ease of cleaning.. i literally hose my engine off (carefully) and pat dry with a microfiber and it looks as good as the day i did it. all the fuel lines are -6 annealed stainless lines and polished fuel rail. -6 stainless on the transmission lines to .. -3 stainless an the brakes as well . cpp 7 inch chrome booster and master. interior is marine grade vinyl metallic flake gold .. the exterior features shaved door handles with auto loc solenoids.. . exterior paint features all House of kolor black base and pagan gold scallops and 23 karat gold leaf/ pinstripe by Brad king.. 5 coats of House of kolor clear and has been color sanded and buffed to a brilliant shine. I had to purchase a custom wood kit for the bed due to the C notch .. i have not installed it the wood kit cost me $1000!.. ... there are two unfinished door pleated panels i have them they need to be trimmed is all . the side glass has to be installed ... i have the old ones they need chroming and rubber. I made one piece windows and will give you the template if you want to use that instead. there are brand new window regs in each door. The solenoids are in for the shaved door s (autoloc brand with remote) head lights and tail light work .
