This auction is for a beautiful 1973 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible. This is a get in, turn-key, cruiser. I recently purchased it from an older couple that had driven it every summer for the past 15 years. It is a reliable beetle, always stored indoors, and meticulously maintained. The interior is clean, but appears to be all original. The black leather seats are all their; no rips. The top holds well, and does not leak; No rips. Original gauges and radio. All lights, gauges. wipers; Everything works and has passed a State Inspection. The engine runs tight and smooth; No leaks. The transmission shifts smooth without any issues. It appears that the car had been repainted at some point in its life, but not recently. The paint looks good, but it is old, and has some pain checking around the back near the top ( small cracks in paint ). All body work appears to be original. It does have a small patch on the passengers side rear floor, but it is clear that this little bug has never been driven through a New England winter. This car will be stored in my climate controlled garage until it is picked-up. It will be sold with an old registration, and a bill of sale. It does not have a title because one is not required in the state of NH after a vehicle is considered an antique. If you live in a title state you can obtain one with my bill of sale and old registration. This is a LOW RESERVE AUCTION. I need the space before winter comes.
