Our business model makes great sense because posting online only the "ready to roll" vehicles substantially shortens the time in inventory and thus our bottom line costs. And there is always an appetite among retail dealers for "rough" cars, so we can move those quickly too. But we don't ask our online customers to accept them!

We don't have a facility that is meant for traditional buyer traffic. So we sell at wholesale the same cars, acquired the same way, as the big franchise dealers do. But we are about online sales, full disclosure, wholesale values and happy customers. Life is so much easier that way!
A final thought as I wrap up this "About Us" section: Over the years I have been involved in over 2000 online car transactions for my own company and for other dealers who hired me to market for them. That vast experience has taught me a great deal about what makes buyers comfortable and what does not. It has taught me to be very effective and successful at selling cars. Over all those transactions I now know (for the most part!) what works and what doesn't.
