Up for auction is a RARE 1968 Ford Mustang GT coupe, White on Saddle. The car boasts many rare factory options that make it probably a 1 of 1 car, RUNS AND DRIVES Options include: -Jcode GT (DUAL EXHAUST, FOG LIGHT GRILL, GT EXTERIOR PACKAGE, 4BBL 230 HORSEPOWER) -Air conditioning -Power Steering -Power Disc Brakes -AM/FM radio/still works -Stereosonic sound system, door speakers -Very rare Rear Defogger -In dash clock -9'' 3.00 positraction rear axel -4 speed transmission -Styled steel wheels -Tinted and shaded windshield -dealer installed luggage rack -Clear NJ TITLE in hand All lights, blinkers, horn, reverse/brake lights, ect...work Recently I installed a new 4BBL edelbrock carburator. Strong engine, excellent shifting trans w/ original shifter and linkage. I also purchased a new trunk mat, and a new clutch kit(bearings, clutch, pressure plate) although the car could be driven and clutch is not slipping, but will eventually need this. Has good original floors, and trunk floors. It will need repairs the the front torque boxes, front rails, and battery aprin. These parts are included, as I was going to have these repairs made, and sell it at a much higher price. The car will still need body prep to doors, fenders, and quarters should probably be replaced. I welcome all inspections/test drives, but would not recommend driving it a long distance as I haven't driven it outside my neighborhood. I have a different trunk without the mounting pods if you would rather, that one is white also. Again the car is pretty well optioned rare and original./I see since my son took the pictures something else I wanted to say. The car even has original pony floor mats in the trunk (original not reproduction). As I mentioned this is a relist. Last auction (see yourself in my completed auctions) failed to result in a sale. Car must be sold so I have re evaluated and adjusted the add and the price. Thanks
