Up for auction is a 1970 Opel GT with the body in very excellent condition, original owner car, garage kept, all these years. It's a complete car, all together except for motor and transmission. Most of us have motors hanging around, the hard thing to get nowadays is a really great body, especially good for you east coasters out there. We know a lot of shipping companies and we can have this car transported anywhere. This is one of the best bodies we've seen in the last few years even out of 100's of cars. The original owner who kept this in his garage so many years finally turned this car into us in the hopes that it would gain and new life and a new home. We assured him that this car's physical condition without rust or dents, even an original battery tray intact (shown in picture) would ensure it's future life and we would make sure this car lived on. All 4 of the big fat tires and rims are there. the 4th one is in the back seat, so to speak, you can see it through the window. The huge rims and tires are included for all you pro street, rat rod, hot rod, V8 funny car, racer guys out there. They are included with the car, if you would like us to switch them out and put other kinds of rims or original stock rims and tires, we would do that for free, it's up to you. The reserve is low and in many cases you will be able to get this to your door for cheaper than doing the body work and rust repairs on your own cars.
