For Sale is my 1989 Jaguar V12 XJS Convertible. Great color combination, with white exterior, tan interior, and dark brown convertible top/boot, and chrome wire wheels. I purchased from Jaguar dealer's wife in 1990 and have owned the last 21 years (2nd owner). With only 17,450 original miles, it's in superb condition, looks showroom, with absolutely no dings or stone chips on body (original paint). It's been pampered since purchased, always garaged kept, non smoker owner, well maintained (have service records and all books/manuals, including service manual, owners manual, radar system manual, audiovox telephone booklet, Pioneer radio/CD Player booklet etc). Have original bill of sale/list sticker, showing over $62,000 paid for the car. I've personally invested over $6,400 the last 5 years (have all invoices/records including warranties) to maintain the car in top performance condition, including the following: 4 new Pirelli high performance tires (less than 2000 miles on), new front/rear brake pads (less than 2000 miles on), total system flush/fluid exchange system (all fluids less than 2000 miles), new boot for convertible top when open, new shocks/struts, new AC compressor/dryer (lifetime warranty from manufacturer), upgraded Pioneer am/fm stereo system with CD Player. Car is a real head turner as the body style is still superb and the car looks new. The car runs as new with no issues, since only 17,450 miles on and regularly serviced since new. There is a hairline crack (hardly noticeable) on the wood console where the phone was installed. No other issues. This has to be the best conditioned Jaguar XJS convertible in the country available for sale, and is a real collectible as the V12 convertibles are becoming more rare as the years go by. I'm selling after 21 years as I'm thinning out my car collection (too many cars, not enough garage space). The asking price is reasonable considering the car's condition. It's garaged at my Florida residence, and buyer is responsible for shipping/costs. We are 10 minutes from the Southwest International Florida airport and I can arrange for pickup for serious buyer who wishes to inspect car. There is no warranty on the car and it is sold as is. However, I do have a local GM authoriized service dealer who's Jaguar mechanic has worked on the car, and knows it well, and I can arrange for buyer to discuss car with the owner of the auto service dealer. I do have the original two sets of keys to the car and all manuals, service records, invoices as well to give to the new owner. Note: the mileage may be a bit more than stated as I use the car occasionally locally. Please feel free to email with questions. I only accept Pay Pal listed buyers.
