It is in rough overall condition. Please read our description and inspect all pictures below. All of our project cars are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. We sell everything we list and always selling with No Reserve. Condition - exterior - The vehicle's exterior is is rough condition and has some sort of damage to all panels. The left taillight is taped into place and there is a winch housing welded to the front of the truck. The glass is all in great condition besides a cracked windshield. All of the matching tires are BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A(315/70/17). The rear tires have about 10-20% tread left while the fronts will need to be replaced. The rims are in good condition but have been painted and are missing the centercaps. The spare tire is missing. drive train - The vehicle runs and drives great but the steering wheel is not straight while being driven down the road(probably because of poor tires and/or needs an alignment ). interior - The interior is dirty and can use a cleaning. There is a small hole in the passenger seat. The airbag and check engine lights are on in the dash. Also, the stereo is "locked" and will need the code to be unlocked(any GM dealer will be able to retrieve it). A 10% deposit of the final price is due within three days of the close of the auction. The balance due is required within 7 days from the close of the auction and must be in the form of a bank wire transfer or cashiers check. By law, tax must be collected from New York State residents. Regency Motors reserves the right to close an auction at any time. We welcome all interested parties to come and inspect the car. Please do so before the auction closes, when the auction ends we consider the car sold. Bidders please be aware that you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase this car.
