This car belonged to my friends parents, who no longer drive. It was bought locally in Boca Raton, Florida and driven locally in Florida. Everything works I have a clear title. Also the scrape on the rear bumper is really just a minor few chips also touched up, no scratches. The car has an accident on it's Autocheck report due to this $29 issue.
