FOR SALE TODAY IS A VERY RARE COLOR COMBINATION VOLVO 240. IT IS LOADED WITH MANY OF THE OPTIONS SLATED FOR THE CLASSIC MODELS . THIS VEHICLE HAS NICE MECHANICALS, NICE METAL AND A CLEAN INTERIOR. UPON INSPECTION THIS VEHICLE ONLY REQUIRED RECONDITIONING AND SERVICE ITEMS. THE TIMING BELT, OIL AND FILTER, COOLANT, AND THERMOSTAT WERE REPLACED BY OUR SHOP. THE BODY HAS A COUPLE OF DINGS BUT PRESENTS VERY WELL WITH PAINT HAVING A NICE SHINE, ESPECIALLY FOR AN 18 YEAR OLD CAR. THIS IS A RECONDITIONED USED VEHICLE, NOT A RESTORED CAR: Please understand that most of the cars we sell are approaching twenty years. As such, they may need additional maintenance/repair. Please understand that we do inspect each car and replace non-serviceable parts, and cannot be expected to find and repair or replace every non-functioning or non-serviceable part on each of our cars. We also cannot predict when a part will fail. Please factor this in to your purchase decision. Furthermore, as older used cars, our cars may have had body repairs or have been repainted in the past. If we believe these repairs were done poorly or below acceptable specification, we will note this in the auction. Finally, a word on rust: we visually inspect each car for rust holes in the body and undercarriage. However, we do not remove seats, carpets, axles, etc. during this inspection. "Visual" means just that: we look but don't poke.
