Selling my 1951 Chevy Bel Air 2 door hardtop that I've spent the last 7 years building, have spent over $22K building her, not including my labor. Built with the "50's style look", stock body, Interior redone to match exterior. Aqua & white single stage urathane. Engine is a 1977 rebuilt long block Chevy 250 six with a mild cam, rebuilt by S&S engine's in Spokane, Wa. ,Tri-power (running center carb only) , Stovebolt racing headers, HEI dist, Clifford (6=8) valve cover, elect. fan; (really gets the looks, most street rodded old chevys have a 350 in them, this is different), TH-350 auto. trans, 10 bolt rearend (286 gears) great hwy. speeds, 70+. Mustang 2 frontend with disk brakes (drum rear) power steering. Just put on a set of classic wide white radial tire's, 1st pix. is with the old narrow whitewalls. Many 50's style add-on's, dummy spots, 57 Dodge "lancer" hubcaps, custom dash & shift knobs, Bow-tie 3rd brake light in rear window, etc. I've put about 7000 miles on this car in the last 7 years, driving her as I did the work, so its not just done and has some small chips in paint but is still nice. Not working is the wipers (no motor) , heater, park lights (all other lights work) no turn signals, never did have them. Clear Idaho title in my name, with an Idaho state DMV assigned VIN # thats good anywhere in the world (VIN # assigned in 2005 and 3 year waiting period is long over, clear title and is issued in my name). This Chevy always gets the LOOKS at any show, has won many "oldtimer & 50's" awards.
