This car was bought new at Moritz Cadillac in Arlington, TX and has stayed in the Dallas/Fort Worth area ever since. Only 47k documented original miles! The original owner was an elderly lady who passed away in 2010. A local elderly man bought the car from the estate in the Summer of 2010, and just traded it in at Sewell Cadillac in Dallas on a brand new one. Since this car has been in this area since new, there is absolutely no rust or corrosion anywhere on the body, undercarriage, or anywhere else. This car has also been garage kept, so the original paint is in excellent condition as well as the interior. It has never been smoked in and there are no funky smells in the interior. The leather still looks and feels like new and shows no wear. All upholstery looks perfect and there are no stains anywhere. The car drives perfect in every way and hasn't ever failed a single one of its yearly safety and emissions inspections. I just had brand new whitewall tires put on and had my mechanic check the car thoroughly from top to bottom to see if he could find anything to service. He replaced the water pump, camshaft front seal, and Opti-Spark distributor assembly (all this was done because of a leaky seal behind the water pump - he wanted to replace these parts while he was in there). I also took the car to the local front end shop to have the steering and suspension checked out, and all they could find to do was an alignment. Everything on this car works perfectly with the single exception of the power antenna as noted below. I have 2 full sets of keys and keyless entry remotes (keyless entry works perfect), including the original gold key and Cadillac Roadside Service keychain. The buyer will be extremely pleased with the condition of this car. The car needs absolutely nothing! It is 100% good to go in every way and is ready to drive anywhere.
