We love our 240s here. And we especially love those in the rare black on charcoal trim. Up for sale is a 1993 Volvo 240 in nice, serviced condition with heated seats and power mirrors. You simply do not see these in cars in black and when you do, they're usually in abused and neglected shape. This one shows off its black paint nicely and sports a clean interior and has already had some meaningful service items addressed, including the all important timing belt and water pump replacement (ask around, this doesn't come cheap). Indeed, once we had this back at the shop, we took care of the following service and repair items: timing belt &water pump replacement/engine oil and filter replacement/transmission flushed with Dextron 3 grade fluid/new transmission shifter linkage bushings/new front lower control arm bushings/new brake pads all around/new tail lights/new engine belly pan/new fuses/four-wheel alignment. This is a really sharp 240 and with some tasteful modifications (we're thinking Virgo wheels, IPD sways, polyurethane bushings, mmmmmm), it can really distance itself from the pack.
