1995 Range Rover Classic LWB with Hollywood Actor Ownership!!!! We are not only proud to present the most PRIZED year of the Range Rover Classic, we are thrilled to offer the personal vehicle of actor Steven (Esteban) Echevarria from the movie SCARFACE where he played the character of Manny opposite Al Pacino. Steve recently traded this vehicle in to us for a Series III we have restored which he just fell in love with. While this vehicle was under Steve’s ownership, his maintenance and service program with us was meticulous making this one of the finest 95’s out there! Overall, this truck is a pleasure to drive and soars onto the highway with all the confidence you’d expect and is happy to take on speeds over 100mph!!! Like most Californian’s who spend a life-time in the sun, the truck has its share of surface blemishing (most notably on the hood and roof) but nothing that keeps it looking great when given a proper polish! The interior is as nice as you’d hope with the leather actually being SOFT AND SUPPLE with no rips or tears. We’ve just redone the headliner so the interior really has that “new car” feel in a vintage classic. This truck retains the original FACTORY RADIO and CD CHANGER so you can still enjoy the PREMIUM HARDON KARDON SOUND while retaining the stock factory look. Another point for the collectors out there: this truck ALSO RETAINS ITS OWNERS MANUAL, TIRE CHANGING KIT (RIGHT DOWN TO THE ORIGINAL HAND TOWELS!) AND FACTORY TOOL KIT with all tools accounted for UNOPENED in their original packaging!!! That said, we’ve gone out of our way to collect 5th wheel spares from parts trucks so that way this truck has a “brand new” set of ORIGINAL MICHELIN XMS tires. These tires are legendary and nearly impossible to find and we’re pleased to include them in this restoration. No warning lights are illuminated on the dash (but bulb check as expected upon start up) and the dual climate HVAC works brilliantly. But enough about cosmetics! Here’s some of the servicing highlights: - 180k mile service done ahead of schedule including: New air filter, spark plugs, STI wires, new engine oil and filter, transmission service, transfer-case service, differential service and a host of other adjustments we won’t bore you with! - Bilstien Shock absorbers and Old Man EMU springs were selected when he converted from air springs. A genuine steering stabilizer was fitted as well. - A brand new viscous coupling was fitted - A Borla performance exhaust system was fitted - The headgaskets were also renewed for long-term reliability although the repair was not needed (genuine parts used) - Similarly, the front cover and front seal were resealed - New radiator - New waterpump - New Alternator As we previously stated, this car was owned by someone who loved it and never thought twice about making sure it was in tip top shape. It is a pleasure to drive and will no doubt serve you well for years to come! That said, we are not a dealership and cannot offer any type of warranty. The truck is sold as is and we encourage you to ask any questions. However, we are rover owners and lovers ourselves and we’re happy to extend a grace period on certain things within reason. For example, let’s say a window motor dies, or switches stop working, should we happen to have them on the shelf, we are happy to pass them on.
