This is a very clean little 1 Texas Owner VW Beetle TDI! I just had a local TDI specialist check this car out and service it very thoroughly. Here is what he did:- New starter- New front and rear brake pads and rotors- New tie rod ends- New rear shock absorbers- New A/C compressor clutch- New oil change (with correct synthetic oil from VW and new crush ring for the drain plug)- Thorough carbon cleaning- New fuel filter- New windshield wiper blades- New passenger seat belt receptacle He also checked the timing belt and said it had been replaced very recently (within the past 10k miles or so). The clutch is in great shape as well - very smooth with plenty of life left. This car needs absolutely nothing and is ready to drive anywhere! The interior is very clean with no faults, save for some light stains on the seats. Since this car has always been in Texas since new there is absolutely no rust or corrosion anywhere, and the paint sines excellent. The only fault I can find with this car is a few tiny stone chips and a couple very tiny surface scratches, but the car really looks great and has an impeccable mechanical status. Fly in and drive it home if you like - I'll even meet you at the airport! Please Note: When taking the pictures, I realized the right side tail light bulb wasn't working.
