Description Beautiful 1968 Classic Porsche 912 Brand new correct size tires 5 gages / 4 speeds Reliable Webbers upgrade The car had a partial restoration about 5 years ago (per the ex-owner) with evidence of new floors, new window gaskets, refinished wheels,, new paint (originally red as per the door tag), etc.. This 912 runs absolutely superbly. It recently completed an 1,800 miles drive without any glitches what-so-ever. The motor pulls strong and it most likely was recently rebuilt. The best way to describe the driving is “super smooth” ! From the butter “smooth” shifting to the steering to the engine. This is a car that you want to cruise in at moderate speeds elbow out the window… I love it ! It drives straight, handles great and stops perfectly. This Classic Porsche is definitely above excellent driver quality. It does have a couple of paint bubbles (photos) and the usual crack on top of the dashboard. This car does not need anything and is ready to be driven & enjoyed immediately... I am convinced that If you have the opportunity to come see it and especially drive it, you will purchase it. VIN : 12800793 Engine number : 1280510 Update 10/28: I have had several questions regarding the engine. It starts on the first try, if not, the second, does not smoke and does not make any strange noises ! It runs perfectly.
