Removeable hard top only, as originally produced (only 931 hard top only 1957 Corvettes). Car manufactured in late May, 1957 (unit # xxx4311) Rare 4-speed car (only 664 produced); 4-speed was only available after unit #xxx3500 (Hurst shifter) Block casting date C267 (March 26, 1957) Engine casting 3731548 Engine stamping F429EL (283cid/283hp w/manual trans) (April 29, 1957) Heads casting 3731539 K16 (November 1, 1956) Ignition shielding was removed only for photos. Intake and exhaust manifolds, correct generator w/tach cable, distributor, etc., all correct for 1957 Corvette. Exhaust manifolds powder-coated (flat silver; beautiful!) All new wiring New wide white wall tires (radials) Radio (factory wonder bar) and tach not connected, no wiper blades; not sure if they are working or not, so bid accordingly.
