Be sure to read the description in its entirety. Up for sale is a 2001 Saturn SL2 sedan. This sedan comes equipped with the fuel efficient 1.9L DOHC (Twin Cam) 4 cylinder engine and automatic transmission. The engine runs properly and gets good gas mileage and the transmission shifts smoothly with no issues. The 99-02 Saturns had several engine upgrades that substantially improved fuel economy from the earlier years, so these later year SL2 are considered the most desirable of the economical S-Series vehicles. The exterior is in above average condition for a car of this age and mileage. The paint does show small scuffs and imperfections. The tires are good and it has 4 matching hubcaps in good shape. The interior is in above average condition. There are no tears or holes in the seats, aside from one on the drivers seat bolster. The carpet is in similar condition with only some minor discoloration. The headliner is in excellent shape and has not fallen or sagged. This car comes equipped with the premium Saturn factory CD, Cassette, and AM/FM stereo which sounds very good. The CD player has been tested and works properly. It has manual windows, mirrors, and locks eliminating the power accessories which are one of the Saturn weak points. This SL2 is equipped with the Saturn safety package: ABS brakes, traction control, and driver & passenger air bags. This Saturn is one of the latest of the well-loved Saturn S-series line, and has the best options in a reliable, low maintenance package.
