You are looking at a nearly new 2010 Triumph Thunderbird with ABS breaks and 5700 miles. There are zero issues. I took a new job in California and moved here from Colorado not knowing I wasn't going to be able to register the bike here due California's rules about bringing in a low mileage bike that doesn't have CA factory installed-emissions. The fact that it will pass emissions in all the other 49 states is irrelevant here. This bike has a Triumph quick detach windscreen, chrome engine guards, quick detach backrest, dual comfort touring seat, short TOR Triumph pipes, chrome billet gas cap, chrome brake cover, auxiliary battery charging adapter, and chrome fork lowers. You will have to look really hard to find fault with this machine. It has never been tipped over, and has always been garage kept under blankets. I bought this bike from Foothills BMW/Triumph in Lakewood, CO with 4000 miles. The original owner had traded this in for a 2nd Rocket II. I traded my K1200GT in for this powerful cruiser. One demo ride, and I was hooked. Once you ride it, you'll understand why Steve McQueen was always smiling. I own the bike outright and hold the title.
