This 1986 FJ-60, (VIN: JT3FJ60GXG1133896), and was part of a Toyota FJ-40 / FJ-60 collection related to the sell of an estate. The mileage shown, of just under 262,000 miles, is believed to be correct, based on the information received. The vehicle is clean, and recently had body rust repaired and the exterior custom painted, as the photos show. The original suspension has been replaced with medium duty leaf springs, raising the vehicle a couple of inches. New tires and wheels were also added. It is believed that new brakes were installed in the recent past. The interior is all original, with the wear one would expect. The vehicle has been in storage, inside, for over a year, but was started recently and the engine, transmission, clutch, etc. all appear to be in good to excellent running condition. The vehicle is very drivable and would make an excellent "winter" FJ-60, with a lot of style. The engine/transmission is showing a couple of small oil/fluid leaks, nothing unusal, and very minor. The air intake duct/hose has been removed, but is available, and a new replacement duct is on hand as a part of the sell of the vehicle. The fluid overflow container is removed, and is cracked and broken. It would need to be replaced. The exhaust system, from the muffler on back, is missing. The muffler probably needs to be replaced. The windschield and glass all seem to be in good condition. There is some rust in the wheel wells, but the frame, although a bit rusty in places, appears to be in good condition. This vehicle spent much of its life in southern Colorado. This is a good looking, good running vehicle, with a lot of work done on it recently. If you have any questions, please let us know.
