TWO Austin Healeys 1958 100-6 plus 1967 Sprite MK-IV Description Sprite is a seven year restoration. There are many items to list so will note major ones only. Receipts for all work will go with successful bidder. Professional Appraisal Available. REPLACED: Left and right rear fenders, back apron, Inner and Outer Rocker panels, Inner and outer Door Post Assemblies, Cowling, Upholstery, New Front and rear Bumpers, New Engine Mounts, Complete Exhaust System, New Fuel Pump, New Complete Wiring Harness, New Tires and UK Wheels, New Top and Top Cover, Carpet, Oil Filter Adapter, Radiator cleaned and Pressure Tested. Brakes Overhauled, Some Minor Dings in paint during reassembly. Car is fun to drive and looks great also. The Austin Healey 100-6 is a driver, In top driving condition the 100-6 will lay you back in the seats and the sound of the exhaust will bring back the days when a sports car sounded like a sports car. The condition of the paint is very good with some minor blemishes. ( Note Pictures ) It is a driver. Here is a list of what I have done to the car in the last year. Trafficator rebuilt, Radiator cleaned and pressure tested, Wheels blasted and powder coated, New tires, New water pump, Spin on oil filter adapter and K&N filter. Gauges are all functional and look to be original ( but cannot be guaranteed ) Transmission shifts smoothly and over drive engages properly. Brakes are in good condition Drum--rear, Disk--Front. Tonneau cover is in excellent condition, Top has a tear on the drivers side that I think cannot be repaired. If not,will purchase new top or make allowance. Front bumper is in excellent condition, I just prefer the look of the car without it. You will notice the fender seams have been removed. This was done in the mid 1990`s when the car was restored.
