Up for bid is a 1966 buick skylark originally from Idaho,I received it about 2 years ago from my wife's uncle who owned this vehicle, the mile is original 36,400, what i know about the car is, it was originally white with gold roof, which i got pictures of. The color that it is now is metallic blue. Metal problems that i see, 1- hole in trunk by each wheel well which was repaired with fiberglass, one of the rear body mounts looks rusted, weatherstripping was all replaced except front windshield which has a leak when it rains, and the rear window was never replaced but dosen't seem to leak, car drives great its a 340-v8 with 2speed power glide, the transmission had a small leak but the tranny repair shop replaced the speedometer cable which cleared that up , fluid is clean pink no burning , engine runs very good it looks all original except for a edelbrock carbuerator and air cleaner,mallory electronic distributor,water pump, the brakes are power drum brakes and power steering, tires look new, bucket seats,carpet and headliner were replaced, i'm not really sure but my mechanic said the car is 90percent original. The car was new york state inspected in june-2011 Any one who's interested please contact me to come see the car.
