This car is a delightful ride. Its 5-speed transmission is shifted via an electric clutch either by the computer (where it is a dog) or via shifting paddles (where it is quite sprightly). You provide many smiles-per-mile and are approached daily with questions about the car. It hold 8 gallons of fuel (high octane only). I get always at least 40 mpg in my suburban driving. The car has always been garaged and has been stored each winter in my heated shop. XM radio included. Bought an 2012 Escape hybrid and so must pass the Smart onto an appreciative owner.
