Vehicle Detail
If you like 'em Old Skool, well here it is. 1955 Chevy 210 Two Door Post. This is a solid North Central Texas car with solid original floors and body panels......Straight old body with no evidence of any outer body rust through anywhere. The car has a small block Chevy Engine (told it is a 327, but not sure and not making claims about cu.inch) with a mild cam (dont know what duration or brand) The tranny is a four speed Muncie, and the rear end is reportedly a '57 Posi unit (not verified but thats what they told us) She runs like a scalded ape! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Please enjoy the video presentations ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This car features a big Holley carb (model not verified) , Four speed Muncie, Mickey Thompson valve covers, Old style Cragar SS Wheels. Tires have good tread. Still has the old generator/regulator setup and a nice new set of underdash mini gauges. All running lights work but turn signals are presently inop. We'll be working on that but no promises..... Parking brake is tight and good. Interior features two bucket seats, original rear seat and no headliner (we have the bows). carpet or door panels Original windshield with no cracks but some lower delamination, good quarter glasses, no glass in doors but regulators work fine. Dash looks good with orig Speedo and radio grille. Cal Custom Steering wheel and Indy shifter with Hurst T handle. Belt line stainless moldings are in good shape and in the trunk. We have a nice orig front bumper that can go with the car if you are so inclined. This car has a tight original body. solid floors, braces, trunk and tailpan, inner and outer rockers etc. Car top was sanded down and we discovered only one repaint since '55 other than the grey primer now showing. This is a get in, start and go car. The engine runs cool and holds good oil pressure. Brakes are tight with good pedal. _______________________________________________________________________________ Please ask all questions regarding this vehicle PRIOR to making an offer.
