1972 Chevrolet K10. Crate 400 cu inch small block. 3 speed automatic on column; 350 turbo. Holley 4 barrel carb. Edlebrock shocks. ~2" body lift. 4x4. Has heat, no A/C. Motor runs strong. Straight body. Solid, straight frame. Interior has been refurbished, very clean. CD player/stereo not currently in dash but will be installed and functional before end of auction. New alternator, battery and brakes (all around) within last 15,000 miles. Mileage exempt; not original motor. Drives as it should, some trouble with reverse if transmission is cold- I've been told the trans is about ready for a rebuild. This truck served as my daily driver for 2 years. I hate to sell it but I cant afford to fix the rust in it and at this point it is a second vehicle. The rust is the worst in the bottoms of the doors; I have a clean set of doors for the truck. There is significant rust spots in the bed corners, rocker panels, rain gutter over windshield and behind sun visors. Paint bubbles in rear wheel wells. Pin holes in tailgate. Rust spots are pretty localized but bad in spots. Despite some rust it is overall a great truck that just needs someone who knows how to do body work or has the money to pay for it.
