Up for auction is a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid with just under 82,000 miles on it. One owner vehicle, it was driven as a salesman's vehicle so it has primarily highway miles on it. All tires are at about 7/32 of tread, Inspected this month (NY). No sunroof, ebay won't let me remove the option. I believe Ford will still honor the Warranty on the Hybrid system: Will there be an extended warranty on the battery? Unique Hybrid components such as the High Voltage Battery, Electronically Controlled Continuously Variable Transmission, and DC/DC converter will have an additional warranty coverage of 8 years/ 100,000 miles (10 years, 150,000 miles in PZEV states were required by law).
