Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is my 1984 Chevy Silverado. I have owned this truck for nearly 15 years and never thought the day would come that I would sell it. I just don't use it anymore and I would like to see it go to a good home. The truck had a frame off restoration approx 12 years ago. I have driven it very little since then It has been more of a sunday driver the past several years. It has always been garaged kept and it show. Here is a short build list: Body was pulled from chassis and both were repainted. Brand new 350 engine from the factory. Installed at dealer. I have the receipts Brand new 700r4 from the factory. Installed at dealer. I have the receipts. Transfer case was rebuilt. Rebuilt axles with 4:11 gears and a posi track locker in the rear. 4" rancho lift. 33x16.50 Dick Cepek tires New lengthended drive shafts. Doug Thorley ceramic coated headers with dual flomaster mufflers and 3" aluminium tailpipes. Edelbrock aluminum intake and Edelbrock carb. K&N airfilter. Interior was redone also. The carpet could use a good cleaning. Other than that its in very good condition. The dash has no cracks. The truck has never been smoked in. Since the rebuild I have only put 25k miles on the truck. So the truck has been used very little. It is not in perfect condtion. It has a few minor scratches in the paint and there are a 2 quarter sized spots where the paint has chipped. There is no rust on the truck. Known Issues The truck has dual tanks and the switching valve leaks if using the pass side tank. I have not replaced the valve I just use the driver side tank. AC needs to be charged. I really hope this truck goes to someone who will appreciate it as much as I did. I have done my best to describe it accurately. I'm sure there are small details I have forgotten and I will revise the listing as I think of them. I encourage all potential buyers to come check the truck out in person. if they are close by. I will be happy to answer any and all questions and can take any pictures that anyone would like to see. If you are a serious buyer I will give you my phone # so we can discuss the truck further. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY....IF YOU CAN'T PAY FOR IT DON'T BID On Oct-05-11 at 06:34:21 PDT, seller added the following information: I wanted to add that I have another set of brand new Dick Cepek tires that I bought as spares. I will offer to them to the buyer for $600...that is half of what I originally paid for them. IF ANYONE HAS ANY QUESTION PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO ASK....I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ANSWER THEM.
