Vehicle Detail
This is hands down the Nicest Looking 954RR I have ever seen. It does have 30,000 miles on it but it is in Great condition. The bike does not use oil or smoke. Engine sounds perfect with exceptional throttle response, the chain and sprockets are in great condition with plenty of life left. The brake pads have a ton of life left on them. The tires are in decent shape and should last the rest of the riding season. Tires are Dunlop Q2's 120/70/17 Front 180/55/17 Rear. The bike has a Carbon Fiber Micron slip-on already on it. It was a used Slip-on off a bike that had been down so there is a scuff mark on the very bottom of it where the aluminum mounts to the stock header pipe. The pipe is not scuffed, just the bottom edge of the aluminum of the slip on front cap. Pics show this. Double Bubble tinted windscreen I have never been one to be a fan of custom paint jobs, but this one shocked me. It looks OEM when you first look at it. The paint work is GREAT. No sharp edges and everything is cleared over. The Bodywork fits Great. The bike is Black with the Deep Red flames. They almost look like ghost flames at certain angles, but when you look straight on at the bike you see the red flames perfectly. I personally have never cared for the CBR color patterns or Graphics, but this one looks AWESOME!!!! There is not a scuff on the foot pegs, Bar ends, levers, frame, swing arm, forks... The bike is in great shape. Not even the case covers have a mark. Bike has a clean title and I have title in hand. There are 2 imperfections I did find on the bike. One, the rear fender (tire hugger) is cracked on the left side. Easy fix with some plastic epoxy. Two, the wheels had rim stripe tape on them. It was poorly done and looked like crap so I took it off. In the process of pulling the tape off it lifted the paint in several spots. I touched it up, so it is not very noticeable now. The rest of the bike looks Great as far as I have been able to see. I just need to find a new home for this Beautiful Bike. On Sep-24-11 at 15:49:43 PDT, seller added the following information: ***I rode the bike today. It is jumping out of 4th gear. I had this happen to a Ninja I had years ago and I just had to change both gears that lock together for whatever gear your in. If anyone that has bidded previously is no longer interested in the bike, please feel free to cancel your bids.*** I am selling this bike as is. It is also for sale locally, so if it sells local then I will be ending the auction early. Email me any questions you might have and I will answer them to the best of my ability.
