1958 Triumph TR3 Roadster!!! Here is a great Triumph TR3 roadster that is in excellent condition and is great fun to drive!!! These Triumph TR3s are the iconic British sports car with its big swooping fenders, low cut doors and a focus on enjoying the driving experience. These cars remind us when driving wasnt just about getting from point A to point B or even how fast you got there, but the journey and experience along the way. This is a great driver quality car that runs great and is an absolute blast to drive. The strong running 4 cylinder engine emits the classic British sports car sound and with the low cut doors and the fact that this is a roadster makes every driving experience a special one. This beautiful TR3 looks great in its classic sports car red paint over a black trimmed interior with contrasting white piping. The beautiful color matched wheels finished with gorgeous wheel covers with the classic "Triumph" logo look stunning wrapped in there brand new white wall tires. This is a beautiful car that isnt so over restored that you are afraid to drive it!!! This is a solid running car that looks great and is meant to be enjoyed. Buy this enjoy driving it for a couple of years and sell it on for the same amount as you paid or possibly even a small profit!!! These cars are rising in value and it can be difficult to find one in nice driving condition. There are plenty cars to choose from for 10k dollars more or you could buy a fixer upper for 10k less... This car has beautiful patina and looks like a warm well broken in car that shows very nicely. This car represents a tremendous value and gets lots of looks and attention everywhere you go!!! Click to enlarge Exterior: The gorgeous Red paint has been hand rubbed to a beautiful mirror like finish. The big swooping body work is in very nice shape as well and when gives the red paint lots of character and depth. The cars exterior is complemented with the gorgeous bright polished grill and white wall tires. This car is as good looking in person as it is in the photos. The paint job was a high quality job and the car was completely disassembled when it was last painted. The paint job was several years ago and there are some imperfections here and there but overall it was a quality base coat/clear coat paint job and shows very well. You could easily take it to your local weekend car show and show it with pride as the paint still looks very good. I love the way this car looks with the color matched wheels and the classic white wall tires. This car gets attention EVERYWHERE you go in it!!! It truly is in great condition. Click to enlarge Interior: The beautiful black trimmed seats are in excellent shape and look great with the contrasting piping.. The seats are free of rips, tears. All of the gauges on the dash are in working order and the beautiful wood wheel feels great in your hands. These cars are very basic and this car does not have a radio. The car does not currently have a top but does come with a top frame. The car does come with a full cockpit cover that is much easier and more practical to use rather than utilizing an actual convertible top. Again, its more about the overall driving experience. Sitting behind the wheel of the car is a great place to spend the weekend and this car offers a very unique driving experience that few cars can match. Overall the interior is in excellent condition. Click to enlarge Engine: This Triumphs 4-cylinder engine revs smoothly and provides plenty of power and torque for the lightweight body and chassis. One of the best things about this car is the sound it makes, it is the classic British sports car sound track that many of us have come to love. The engine starts right up and runs like a top. The engine doesnt blow any oily smoke while idling or driving. The car runs great and never misses a beat. The 4 speed transmission shifts nice and smooth. The clutch has plenty of bite and is not in need of replacement. The brake master and the clutch master were recently rebuilt giving the car brakes and the clutch "good feel." The cooling system was recently gone through consisting of a refurbished radiator, water pump and thermostat. The car runs beautifully in the desert heat and has recently completed a 230 mile journey without skipping a beat. The tires on the car are brand new white walls and havent even covered more than 10 miles. This is a great driving car and it is an absolute blast to drive.
