Selling very clean elderly adult owned 1997 Lincoln Town Car Cartier with 138K original well-maintained miles. I'm the second owner, but haven't driven the car more than a few miles as I have a 1997 Town Car Signature that I use daily and intended this car as my 'Sunday driver' or for special occasions. Note the vehicle history shows three possible owners, but there was only the original owner and then a trust for the owner and then myself, but as little as I've driven it it's basically a one owner vehicle. Brand new windshield installed Feb 25th,2011, new 75-month warranty battery September 6th, 2011. Fully loaded with all power options-PW,PB,PS, A/C, Power Sunroof, Integrated Hands Free Cell Phone (uses premium sound system or can use like regular handset), tinted windows, cruise control, tilt wheel, rear window defroster, full digital dash and radio with multi function displays, steering wheel controls for radio climate control,and cruise, memory heated power leather seats, keychain remote for doors, trunk and remote start, door mounted keypad keyless entry, original floor mats, premium alloy wheels. As a convenience and courtesy, the vehicle will be hand washed and provided with a full tank of gas at time of pickup. Ivory Pearl with tan leather seats (front seats heated and have adjustable air- inflated lumbar support). Premium JBL sound system with factory 10-disc CD changer in the trunk (mounted inside fender well with cover door), with full controls from AM/FM Cassette deck or from steering wheel mounted controls. I had remote start installed ($200.00 value), for those cold winter mornings or hot summer days. Start the car from inside the comfort of your home while the climate control adjusts the interior temperature. Michelin tires are about 65% or more tread remaining, runs smoothly, great gas mileage. Last year of the true big Lincoln Town Cars before the rounded style came in (didin't care for the change myself). These town cars are getting harder and harder to find especially at the price I'm asking. Just look at the diminishing listings on Ebay. Used to be pages of these and now it's just two or three here and there or mostly limos. Located in Santa Fe. I can provide many more pictures upon request. Current pictures may not show any imperfections, and this car is not represented as being perfect. Expect normal road chips and such. Driver side rear quarter panel has some slight waves for lack of a better way to describe it, but that did not deter me from purchasing the vehicle nor has it bothered any potential buyers who have come to see it. They just could not get financed. Only serious inquiries and cash sale, bank transfer of funds that is verifiable and non retractable or certified bank cashier's check that can be verified by issuing bank.
