1967 MGB Steel Dash Roadster!!! Here is an absolutely beautiful 1967 MGB Steel Dash Roadster that is in excellent condition!!! This early MGB is finished in a classic Black over a gorgeous Red leather interior and a set of wire wheels!!! This car is rust free and has been in Arizona for at least the last 30 years!!! This car has been treated to tons of new parts and reconditioned original parts during the last year or so. LOTS of money and time has gone into turning this MGB into what you see today. This early MGB has the beautifully finished steel dash that was recently reconditioned, beautiful wire wheels, a recent paint job, all new beautiful Red Leather interior, new polished stainless steel exhaust and this MGB even retains its original Aluminum hood. The paint on this car is beautiful and all of the chrome is in excellent shape, the interior looks amazing...this car drives great and turns heads everywhere you go. These early steel dash cars are more sought after than the standard B and deliver a more unique and pure driving experience. Click to enlarge Exterior: This MGB looks great with its beautiful classic Black paint, bright chrome, and wire wheels. As you can see from the detailed photos the car looks great. You could easily bring this car to your local weekend car show and show it with pride. The paint on this car is very nice and of nice quality. It really does look as good as it does in the pictures. When the car was put back together, the car was treated to new chrome bumpers, emblems/badges, side moldings etc... This car is in excellent shape cosmetically. The car also has a nice convertible top on a stow away folding frame. There are no rips or tears in the top. This car gets thumbs up as you drive down the road and plenty of attention at the gas pump. Click to enlarge Interior: The interior of this classic MG is virtually new and in excellent condition. The front seats have been reupholstered in leather and look and feel great. The carpet is in new and in excellent shape as well and is free of stains etc... The dash board has just been refinished and looks great in its "wrinkle" finish with contrasting chrome rings surrounding the gauges. The dash is finished with a MG radio delete panel and there is currently not a radio in the car. To me this car is all about the experience of driving and I would never use the radio anyway. The steering wheel is brand new and in excellent shape and its large diameter and vintage style perfectly compliments the car. The beautiful wood shift knob feels great in your hands as you change gears. This interior was gone over from top to bottom with all new panels, carpet, upholstery, refinishing of the dash, new steering wheel and hub, turn signal stalk, shift knob... I mean the list goes on and on. The interior of this car is beautiful and is a great place to spend time wasting the weekend away. Click to enlarge Engine: The 1800cc 5-main, 4 cylinder fires right up and runs like a top. The car blows no smoke on start up or while driving. A brand new polished stainless steel exhaust was recently installed it looks gorgeous and gives this car the proper British sports car sound. The engine has strong oil pressure and runs nice and cool even in Arizonas hot climate. The cooling system was just through and a new water pump and thermostat installed. The transmissions shifts nice and easy through all of the gear without any grinding. The car stops straight and stops with ease and is a joy to motor around town in. This is a solid rust free southwest car that is in great shape. This is a great car to take on a relaxing drive and enjoy the day.
