I’ve owned this T-Bird since 1986 and have had many years of fun with it. However, it has been just sitting in my garage for awhile and I have decided that I don’t have the time to properly restore it the way I would like it and would like to see if I can find a good home for it. Although it won’t be easy for me to let go of it, I would like for someone else to be able to restore and enjoy it like I have. The body is relatively solid, many small flaws, rot in the right rear quarter/wheel well, and a rust bubble under the paint in the left front quarter. Vinyl roof is very good, interior was slightly damaged by mice years ago, dash is nice, instruments aren't working for some reason, it immediately needs new tires, and also a tune-up. Back in the late 80’s I had a custom dual exhaust system installed which currently has some patches but still sounds great. The 302 engine has chrome valve covers, aluminum intake and Edelbrock 4 bbl carb. The hydraulic headlights work fine and the car drives well, but I wouldn't trust it on long trips until everything is inspected. The chrome bumpers are new (re-chrome). Also, note the visible exhaust in the first picture, proving that it runs!
